Hi Matt. This is what makes the whole process so powerful. I know it's cliche, but just getting started is the hardest part, and it's normal to feel apprehensive to do so.
I think it's important to realize that you may face a range of emotions while doing this--but that's the point. I think anticipating this can help you get through the process.
Everyone has to work at it through their own pace and time frame, so don't feel you have to be follow a certain schedule. Go with what works best for you.
I do really recommend starting small--even with a desk or shelves for example--to get into the swing of it, and become motivated.
