I’m a big fan of stevia, and it looks to be a vastly superior choice over sugar and artificial sweeteners. Ideally, you use it in its raw form, which you can usually find in health food stores or on Amazon.
The packaged type is not bad, but has gone through more of a refinement (still way better than an artificial sweetener) and is a white color compared to the natural green color you get with the raw powder.
There are also some possible health benefits including balancing blood sugar levels and may even lower blood pressure.
