I've hosted a health and nutrition podcast called Regained Wellness, and over the years, I've been fortunate to interview some of the top minds and leaders in the field. I tend to defer to what they have to say--and the science.

Whole grains can be great, but I don't know many people that consume barley and rye in grain form. It would be better if they did, but most are still getting it in refined flour form.

Gluten might not be the greatest thing in the world for the average person, too. I would check out some of the work of Dr. Alessio Fasono who is one of the world's leading experts on gluten and celiac who has a lot of eye opening info.

Thank you for checking out the article!
